Bristol Upper Curitiba Alto Da XV Hotel

The hotel was well located, close to good restaurants and the business center. The breakfast options were tasty and varied. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The pictures of the hotel do not match the reality. The rooms were very basic and outdated.

- I would highlight free wifi broadband connection and it's low cost, giving some value for money. It is reasonably well located on XV de Novembro street, number 2000, what makes it equidistant from some interesting spots in the city, at an average 20~25 mins walking distance: Teatro Guaira, Rua das Flores, Bus and Railroad Station (Estacao Rodoferroviaria), Mercado Municipal.

- TV remote control would only work for a small range (1 yd), asked then once to fix it but they didn't bother returning my call or showing up on my room to replace batteries or fix it. - the bedroom wall near the bathroom was very dirty, with seemingly some kind of oil/butter fingertips on it. - Apartment had a small kitchen w/ furniture but it was useless since it had no equipments, utensils, except minibar/small refrigerator. - breakfast was not included, costing 11 BRL per person wasn't worth it. - Location wasn't good for walking at night, it didn't seem safe, but it had some restaurants nearby (China in Box, Imperial China, Pizza Santo Antonio, Super Wonk).

Location next to many tourist attractions, including passeio publico that is set 15 mins on foot. We would recommend the place to all, as the hotel was very good value for money

The hotel is situated in a convenient location close to many attractions and good restaurants. It is also near the center and everything is easy to get to.

The hotel severely lacks in the quality of the rooms and customer service. the bathrooms are tiny, the floors are broken, and the staff is complacent.

I asked for a wake up call and they did not wake me up! I missed an important meeting. The meeting was rescheduled for two hours later, but two participants did not attend as they went back. I was told they made a long trio.

Great location in the city center. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops. the staff was friendly and willing to help with any questions. the hot shower had good pressure, and the bed was comfortable for a good night's sleep.

The room was not very clean - there were stains on the bed sheets and carpet. the air conditioning was old and noisy, making it hard to sleep.

Friendly staff, centrally located, simple reservation process, and a great value restaurant. The hotel is ideally located near many tourist attractions, great restaurants, and easy transportation options.
